x=number of hours
 
slope (m)= 30. As each hour passes, the organizer's cost will increase by 30. 
For example, if the organizer works for two hours, the total cost would be 30*2+100, by plugging in x=2 into the equation
 
Y intercept (b)=100 The 100 dollar initial fee is not affected by anything at all, so this value remains constant at all times. 
 
y=30(12)+100=460 
Cost=$460
