Write an equation that represents the cost as a function of the number of hours.

You can put this solution on YOUR website! y=30x+100
y=cost
x=number of hours
slope (m)= 30. As each hour passes, the organizer's cost will increase by 30.
For example, if the organizer works for two hours, the total cost would be 30*2+100, by plugging in x=2 into the equation
Y intercept (b)=100 The 100 dollar initial fee is not affected by anything at all, so this value remains constant at all times.
y=30(12)+100=460
Cost=$460
Hope this helps!
