Question 926606: Please help me solve this problem: If it takes 15 children ten hours to complete half of a group project, how long will it take four children to complete the other half? (type value only, no need to type units)
My solution:
Let x be the number of hours taken.
15:10=4:x
x=2.66
However, the solution is incorrect.

Obviously it will take 4 children more time than 15 children, right?

1/2 the job takes 15*10 = 150 C*hours
----
150 C*hrs/4 C = 37.5 hours.
