x%5E2%2B7x%2B8%2B2=0


x%5E2%2B7x%2B10=0


%28x%2B5%29%28x%2B2%29=0 Factor. 5+2 = 7 and 5*2 = 10


x%2B5=0 or x%2B2=0


x=-5 or x=-2


The two solutions are x=-5 or x=-2
