You can put this solution on YOUR website!
1. Domain is any x value, there are no restrictions.
Domain : (-infinity,infinity)
The output of the absolute value function is always non-negative.
It has a minimum value of zero when x=1 so the function minimum is 2.
Range : [2,infinity)

2. The square root function always gives a non-negative answer, so the value for x will always be negative or zero.
Domain: (-infinity,0]
The value for y can be any positive number or zero.
Range : [0,infinity)
