Original: L = 3w and width = w
(3w+6)(w+8) - (3w)w = 108
3w^2 + 3w + 48 - 3w^2 = 108
3w = 60
w = 20 and L = 60 3%2A20
....
2L + 2w = P
120 + 40 = 160 units
