y <=(-1/2)x+(3/2)
y>=(2/3)x-2

Graph the equalities:

Pick a test point like (0,0)Substitute it into the inequalities
1st: 0 < (-1/2)*0+(3/2) ; true
2nd: 0 > (2/3)*0 -2 ; true

Since that test point satisfies both of the inequlities that
area below the upper line and above the lower line is part
of the solution set----darken it.
The entire solution is the area you darkened and the boundaries
of that area.
