It's a sinusoid.
Amplitude = 0.3
It crosses the x-axis at 5pi/2 and 9pi/2 --> 2pi is 1/2 cycle
--> period = 4pi

The 1st crossing of the x-axis x > 0 is pi/2 --> phase shift of -pi/2
--> y = 0.3*sin((x - pi/2)/2)

The 2nd one:
Period = 2pi
Min/max = -2/+2
--> y = 2csc(x)
