5-x%2Bx+%3E=+-3%2Bx


5+%3E=+-3%2Bx


5%2B3+%3E=+-3%2Bx%2B3


8+%3E=+x


x+%3C=+8


So the answer they want will be numbers that do NOT make x+%3C=+8 true.
