You can put this solution on YOUR website! 1-i/-9+2i
-----------
Multiply the NUM and DEN by the conjugate of the DEN -9-2i
= (1-i)*(-9-2i)/(-9+2i)*(-9-2i)
= (-9 + 7i - 2)/(81+4)
= (-11 + 7i)/85
The conjugate of the denominator -9+2i is formed by changing
the sign of only the imaginary part, getting -9-2i.
So we multiply by which just equals 1.
Use FOIL on numerator and denominator:
Replace iČ by -1
