xy=70
(2y-4)y = 70
2y^2 - 4y = 70
2y^2-4y -70 = 0
Factor the Quadratic:
(y-7)(y+5)
y-7 = 0
y = 7
x = 2(7) - 4
x=14-4
x = 10
(7)(10) = 7-
7 and 10 is your answer :)
