You can put this solution on YOUR website! Look for the amount of time that the sum of the distances of jogger and cyclist become 17 miles.
Let t be an amount of time, NOT a point in time, that the cyclist travels until they meet.

CYCL___________9__________t____________(____)
Total___________________________________17
