the number of soccer players. the other
circle is number of cricket players

Anything outside the 2 circles is those
who play neither sport -that is +20+

The +200+ represents:
(a) Those who ONLY play soccer
(b) Those who ONLY play cricket
(c) Those who play BOTH sports ( the intersection of circles )

Let +x+ = the intersection of the circles
( those who play both sports )

This is how many are in each category:

(b) +110+-+x+
(c) +x+

Now I can say:
