9%5E%28log+%287%29%2F+log%28+3%29%29 =>9^(log (7)/ log( 3))
log+%287%29=0.845

log%28+3%29=0.477

=>9%5E%280.845%2F0.477%29

=9%5E1.771=48.97
=>9%5E1.771=49
