You can put this solution on YOUR website!
Distance = 210 km
average speed of tom = 42 km/hr
time taken by tom = distance over speed = 210 /42 = 5 hrs
But Joe started 1 hr 15 min late and arrived 15 min earlier .
Joee took only 3 hr 30 min ( 5 hrs - 1 hr 15 min -15 min)

30 min =0.5 hr
so 3 hr 30 min = 3.50 hrs
speed of Joel = distance /time
=210 km /3.5
= 60 kmph
speed of Joel = 60 kmph
