You can put this solution on YOUR website!
f(x) = C(x+3)(x+2)(x-5) for some constant C (nonzero)

y-intercept is -14, and the y-intercept of f(x) is f(0) = C*3*2*-5 = -30C = -14, so C = 14/30 = 7/15. Hence f(x) = (7/15)(x+3)(x+2)(x-5).
