Please explain how this solved?
I understand the types which have a lower denominator in which I can divide them and the go along the unit circle to find the points. But with ones which have a higher denominator I am lost on.

the reference angle is 4pi/7, therefore the reference number is
7pi/7 - 4pi/7 = 3pi/7
