You can put this solution on YOUR website! -3+2y+21y^2
-----
Rearramge::
21y^2 + 2y - 3

Hi
21y^2 + 2y -3 = 0
+2 and -3...factors will involve a plus minus situation
And...most likely 7 and 3 to obtain 21
(7y+3)(3y-1) = 0 By habit I put the 'plus' in the first factor
F First terms (7y)(3y)
O Outside terms -7y
I Inside terms 9y
L Last terms -3
You can put this solution on YOUR website! That's not an equation.
I can tell, there's no equal sign.
--------
And, equations are solved, not factored.
o/w OK.
