Also I can't use a calculator it has to be freehand.

You can put this solution on YOUR website!
Much like y=4%2Alog%284%2Cx%29 but shifted 8 unit to the left.

for this simple one, find y at x=-1, x=0, x=1 and maybe x=2.
Find the points on the graph; NOW move the entire graph leftward by 8 units.
