then taking the quotient of these two equations leads to

6%2F3=%28C%2Ab%5E5%29%2F%28C%2Ab%5E4%29=b
s we see that

b=2

Now we can use either point (we'll go with (4,3)) and b directly to write

3=C%2A2%5E4

3=C%2A16

so,
C=3%2F16
