5, 6, 11:

a^2 + b^2 = c^2

5^2 + 6^2 = 11^2

25 + 36 = 121

61 = 121 ... this is false, so 5,6,11 is not a right triangle.

5, 9, 10:

a^2 + b^2 = c^2

5^2 + 9^2 = 10^2

25 + 81 = 100

106 = 100 ... this is false, so 5,9,10 is not a right triangle.
