Since the problem is already written in slope intercept form, we don't have to rewrite it.
Because the y intercept is -1, we begin by plotting the point (0,-1) on a graph. We then locate the second point by either moving down 3 units and then to the right 4 units or move up 3 units and to the left 4 units. Then draw our line.
