we use formula
y=mx%2B%28y%5B1%5D-ax%5B1%5D%29 ....plug in (x%5B1%5D, y%5B1%5D) =(-3, 4)
m=2%2F3
y=%282%2F3%29x%2B%284-%282%2Fcross%283%29%29%28-cross%283%29-1%29%29
y=%282%2F3%29x%2B4%2B2%29
y=+%282%2F3%29x%2B6

now find its point when x=3 and x=4
y=%282%2F3%29x%2B6%29 ............when x=3
