Yes, there is one and it's known as Heron's (sometimes known as Hero's) formula and it looks like this.
A+=+sqrt%28s%28s-a%29%28s-b%29%28s-c%29%29
Where:
A = area.
s = the semi-perimeter (half the perimeter) of the triangle.
a = the length of one side (it doesn't matter which side).
b = the length of the second side.
c = the length of the third side.
