16 ounces = 1 pound

60 minutes = 1 hour

I'm going to convert Matt's rate to pounds per hour

(5 oz/min)*(1 lb/16 oz) = 5/16 = 0.3125 lbs per min

(0.3125 lb/1 min)*(60 min/1 hr) = 0.3125*60 = 18.75 pounds per hour

Tim's Rate: 6 pounds per hour

Matt's Rate: 18.75 pounds per hour

If they have the same sized bird, both weighing the same, then Matt's turkey will be done faster.
