When x = 1 , +y+=+sqrt%281%29+%2B+2+

==> +y+=+1+%2B+2+
==> +y+=+3+

When x = 2 , +y+=+sqrt%282%29+%2B+2+

==> +y+=+1.412+%2B+2+

==> +y+=+3.412+

When x = 3, +y+=+sqrt%283%29+%2B+2+
