here given that,
W(t) = 0.8t + 12
To find w(-6) what you have to do is replace t by -6 in the given equation

That is.....

W(-6) = 0.8* (-6) + 12


==> W(-6) = -4.8 + 12

==> w(-6) = 7.2

Hence the answer.
