vertical asymptote: x = 7 (check out the Denominator: x ≠ 7)
horizontal asymptote: y = 1 (check out %281%2B%2828%2Fx%29%29%2F%281+-+%287%2Fx%29%29 as x gets VERY LARGE)

Vertical asymptotes occur when the denominator equals zero.
x-7=0
x=7
Horizontal asymptotes occur in the limit as x goes to infinity.

So a horizontal asymptote occurs at y=1
