P = 102
L = 2W+12
102 = 2(2W+12) + 2W
102 = 4W + 24 + 2W
102 = 6W + 24
78 = 6W
13 = W
If the width is 13, then the length is twice that plus 12, or 38
38 + 38 + 13 + 13 = 102
