P = 2L + 2W
L = 2W - 7
P = 46
46 = 2(2W-7) + 2W
46 = 4W-14 + 2W
46 = 6W - 14
60 = 6W
10 = W
If the width is 10, then the length is twice that minus 7, or 13
13+ 13+ 10 + 10 = 46
