( -1 / -13 )
m= 1/13
The required line passes through both the points. So we select one point and plug it with the slope
Plug value of the slope and point ( 7 , 3 ) in
Y = m x + b
3.00 = 1/9 * 7 + b
3.00 = 5/9 + b
b= 3 + - 5/9
b= 32/13
So the equation will be
Y = 1/9 x + 22/9
