When x = 3 then f(x) = 7/7x-7 = 7/7*3-7 = 7/21-7 = 7/14 = 1/2
When x = -2 then f(x) = 7/7x-7 = 7/7(-2)-7 = 7/-14-7 = 7/-21 = -1/3
