You can put this solution on YOUR website!
determine the number of possible positive real roots of the polynomial
f(x) = 3x^4 + 5x3 + 8x2 - 7x + 2
# of changes of sign = 2
# of Positive roots 2 or 0
--------------
f(-x) = 3x^4-5x^3 +8x^2 + 7x + 2
# of changes of sign = 2
# of Negative roots = 2 or 0
