Question 905942: If one number is chosen at random from the first 1,800 positive integers, what is the probability that the number chosen is a multiple of both 2 and 8?

(I have tried (900/1800) + (225/1800) - (900/1800)(22/1800) = 1/6 [incorrect]. Not sure what I'm doing wrong...)

You can put this solution on YOUR website!
I'm not sure what you're doing either.

Hint: An integer is a multiple of 2 and 8 if and only if it is a multiple of 8.
