I enjoy doing those type problems but please post one at a time.
0.15*x+0.45*20=0.25(20+x)
0.15*x+9=5+0.25x
0.15x-0.25x=5-9
-0.1x=-4
x=40 gal of 15% is added to 20 gal of 45% to get 60 gal at 25%
check
0.15*40+0.45*20=0.25(20+40)
6+9=0.25(60)
15=15
ok
