2.) A bicyclist rode into the country for 5h. In returning, her speed was 5 mi/h faster and the trip took 4h. What was her speed each way?
3.) A bus leaves the station at 1pm, traveling west at an average rate of 44 mi/h. One hour later a second bus leaves the same station, traveling east at a rate of 48 mi/h. At what time will the two buses be 274 mi apart?
I have completed assignment of 20 questions and these 3 questions I can't figure out. I appreciate the time it takes you to figure these problems out. I am stumped!

You can put this solution on YOUR website! Length=2w-5 & Width=w. Then
2(2w-5)+2w=230
4w-10+2w=230
6=230+10
6=240
w=240/6
w=40 feet for the width.
l=2*40-5
