You can put this solution on YOUR website!
If x=cos%28theta%29, then
x%5E2%2B%28sin%28theta%29%29%5E2=1
%28sin%28theta%29%29%5E2=1-x%5E2
sin%28theta%29=0+%2B-+sqrt%281-x%5E2%29
So then,
tan%28theta%29=sin%28theta%29%2Fcos%28theta%29
tan%28theta%29=%280+%2B-+sqrt%281-x%5E2%29%29%2Fx

You can put this solution on YOUR website!
x = cos = adjacent/ hypotenuse = x/1 = x
tan is opposite / adjacent = ? / x
maybe the ? is 1?
