 y = (2/3)(-5x) + 38/3, m = -10/3

parallel line to this:   m = -10/3

***Using point-slope form, y+-+y%5B1%5D+=+m%28x+-+x%5B1%5D%29P(3,4)

y - 4 = (-10/3)(x - 3)

y = (-10/3)x + 14
