The Perimeter of a square is the addition of the four sides.
The length of one side of the square would then be X%2F4
The area of a rectangle (or square) is given by A = L x W
Where L is the length of the rectangle and W is the width

Which can be rewritten as A+=+X%5E2%2F16
This was done by multiplying both numerators together. And multiplying both denominators together.
