You can put this solution on YOUR website!
standard form is ax+by+c=0
slope intercept form is y=mx+b
You are close to the slope intercept form
f(x)=13x-4
substituting y for f(x)
y=13x-4
we are going bring the y over to the right
13x-y-4=0 which is standard form ax+by+c=0
