You can put this solution on YOUR website!
Taking the daughter's age to be x, we get
the son's age to be 5x
the wife's age to be 25x and
the his age to be 50x.
So according to question,
x + 5x + 25x + 50x = 81
or, 81x = 81
or, x = 1
Thus, the age of the son is 5 years old.
