= (x-7y)(9x-6)
= (x-7y)3(3x-2)
=3(x-7y)(3x-2)

As you can see, there is one common factor which is (x-7y),
so you can factorise these expression by x-7y
and so
9x%28x-7y%29-6%28x-7y%29=+%28x-7y%29%289x-6%29
