In quadrant 4, the sine function is negative.
cos s = adjacent divided by hypotenuse.
cos s = 2/3
We find the missing side of the right triangle using the Pythagorean Theorem.
The missing side turns out to be the square root of 5.
We also know that sin s = opposite side divided by hypotenuse.
So, sin s = -sqrt{5}/3.
