You can put this solution on YOUR website!
Let A = area
Let x = length
Let y = width
Given ratio is x%2Fy=3%2F2

You know A=xy.

You are additionally given A=294.

The given ratio gives you also x=3y%2F2.

Referring again to the Area equation,
A=xy;
You know A because it is given;
you have an expression for x based on the given ratio;
you can then solve for and find a value for y.
