75x=50(x+3/4)
75x=50x+37.5
25x=37.5

rate = 75 km/hr ; distance = x km ; time = d/r = x/75 hrs

rate = 50 km/hr ; distance = x km ; time = d/r = x/50 hrs

Equation:
time - time = 3/4 hr
x/50 - x/75 = 3/4

Multiply thru by 300 to get:
6x - 4x = 36
2x = 36
x = 18 km (distance)
