P = 146
L = 2W-11
Take the values from the bottom equations and put them into the top one.
P = 2L + 2W
146 = 2(2W-11) + 2W
Distribute
146 = 4W-22+2W
146 = 6W - 22
Add 22 to each side
168 = 6W
Divide each side by 6
W = 28
If the width is 28, then the length is twice that (56) minus 11, or 45
45+45+28+28 = 146
