this ellipse is centered at the origin with the foci on the y-axis so the equation will be of the form %28x%5E2%2Fb%5E2%29%2B%28y%5E2%2Fa%5E2%29=1

a is the semi-major axis, in this case a=7 ... c is the distance from center to focus, c=5

b^2=a^2-c^2 ... b^2=49-25 ... b^2=24

so the equation is %28x%5E2%2F24%29%2B%28y%5E2%2F49%29=1
