Question 89430: I am in need of some help
Subtract- Express your answer in simplist form:

You can put this solution on YOUR website!
[5x-3/6]-[x+3/6]
The denominators are the same so combine the numerators to get:
[5x-3-x-3]/6
= [4x-6]/6
= [2x-3]/3
------------------
and Solve:
[x/5x+10]+x-3/x+2]=7/5
[x/5(x+2)] + [(x-3)/(x+2)] = 7/5
Multiply thru by 5(x+2) to get:
x + 5(x-3) = 7(x+2)
6x-15 = 7x+14
x = -29
