Each of the factors after %2850Liters%2F%221+minute%22%29 is equal to 1 so multiplying times those factors does not change the quantity.
You could also think of it as
50 L = 50,000 mL ,
and
1 minute = 60 seconds , so
50Liters%2F%221+minute%22=50000mL%2F%2260+seconds%22=+50000%2F60mL%2Fs=833mL%2Fs
