You can put this solution on YOUR website!
Parallel lines have identical slopes.
1. A parallel line would have slope, m=3%2F4
Use the point-slope form of a line,
y-y%5B1%5D=m%28x-x%5B1%5D%29
y-%28-1%29=%283%2F4%29%28x-0%29
y%2B1=%283%2F4%29x
y=%283%2F4%29x-1
.
.
.
Now, do the second problem the same way.
